The Harry E. Snodgrass Nature and Environmental Center is our home, located on 7 beautiful acres in Hyner

WCSA specializes in helping all outdoor enthusiasts, from birders to hikers, ATV’S to snowmobilers, and hunters to fishermen, no one is turned away. Our goal is to bring all outdoor enthusiasts under one roof for the betterment of the environment and our outdoor sports. After all, we all have a love for the outdoors.

Your dues support:

• The operation of the Bucktail High School Sportsmen's Youth Club
• Annual Hunter Safety Programs
• Winter wildlife feeding program
• The trout stocking program. WCSA stocks area streams with up to 10,000 trout raised in WCSA Laurelly Fork Trout Nursery

Members who own camps may join our Co-Safe Camp Owner’s Protective Program

Members only have full use of our 100 yard shooting range

wildlife and the environment

WCSA is building a web site to support its members, hunters, fisherman and all Pennsylvania’s Outdoor Traditions

Two newsletters a year to keep our members informed

Annual events and challenges:

• Hyner View Challenge, a grueling trial event that has attracted over 600 runners and hikers
• Woman in the Outdoors, a weekend for the ladies only
• Prowl the Sproul - a weekend event of guided hikes and/or a kayak trip along with a 10k fun run each July
• Bear Bash Dinner the Sunday before bear season. Food, raffles and good conversation with fellow bear hunters
   that hunt in the best bear county in the state

Membership fees: 2009 - $15 plus $1 if you would like a membership button.
The dues are good for one year from the date of purchase

Lifetime Memberships: $300

Business Memberships - $50. Business members will receive a framed certificate for display at their business and will also have their business card size ad in both of our annual newsletters.
